Headquartered just outside of Bamberg Germany, the company was started 47 years ago by Friedrich Salzbrenner.

Stagetec USA (Salzbrenner Stagetec Mediagroup Inc.) is the US arm of the German Mediagroup which was incorporated in Atlanta, GA in May 2007. The US operation is responsible for the import, sales and service of Stage Tec (Digital consoles and routers), Vivace and DELEC (Oratis Intercom and Commentary systems) products.
